Integrations

LoopReply connects an AI Agent to website visitors, configured communication channels, and external business services. A catalog listing describes a possible connection; it does not mean credentials and actions are already configured for your Workspace.

Website widget

The website widget uses your Agent’s published configuration. Copy the installation code from Deploy, including the Agent ID and widget API key.

Install the website widget.

Connect a communication channel

Start in the Workspace integrations area, connect the external account, then open the Agent’s Channels page to assign a supported connection.

The Agent channel editor supports configured WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, and Vapi voice connections. Each provider has its own account requirements, permissions, and setup steps. Some channel services charge separately from LoopReply.

Before exposing a channel to customers, send a real test message or call, check which Agent receives it, and confirm the response and human handover behavior you need. A connected Workspace account alone does not prove that every Agent is routed to it.

Business integrations and workflow actions

Use the integrations catalog and workflow action settings to review available business connections, including CRM, commerce, scheduling, and automation services. Supported actions depend on the particular provider and configuration.

When configuring an action:

  1. Connect the intended external account with the required permissions.
  2. Select the action and map the necessary fields in the workflow.
  3. Test with a controlled record or destination.
  4. Confirm the result in the external service before publishing.

Previewing a workflow can execute configured external actions. Use a test destination when an action creates a record or sends a notification.

Webhooks and custom connections

LoopReply includes webhook and API-action functionality. Configure the endpoint, credentials, and payload for the particular workflow. This is different from a ready-made integration that already knows your external account and data structure.
