Workspaces

Workspaces are collaborative environments where your team can manage bots, conversations, and knowledge bases together. Each workspace has its own billing and settings.

Bots (Agents)

Bots are the AI-powered conversational agents you create. Each bot can have:

  • A unique personality and instructions
  • Custom workflows for handling different scenarios
  • Access to knowledge bases for answering questions
  • Integration with external services via API calls

Conversations

Conversations are real-time chat sessions between users and your bots. You can:

  • Monitor active conversations
  • Take over from the bot when needed
  • Review conversation history and analytics

Knowledge Base

The knowledge base stores information your bot can reference when answering questions. Supported sources include:

  • Files (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, Text, Markdown, JSON)
  • Websites (automatic page discovery and crawling)
  • Data Sources (Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, REST API, etc.)
